Who I Help
I work with women who are emotionally exhausted from carrying everything for everyone else. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, boundary issues, and people-pleasing—while appearing “fine” on the outside.
My approach is direct, supportive, and practical. Sessions are structured and focused on identifying patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and applying tools that support real-life change. Therapy with me goes beyond talking—we do the work.
